
Campus Recreation offers extracurricular opportunities for students with physical disabilities because physical activity and social health both play an important role in college life. The goals of the Adapted RecreationÌý±è°ù´Ç²µ°ù²¹³¾Ìý²¹°ù±ð
- to introduce students to lifelong leisure skills and
- to promote total participation in college life.

°Õ³ó±ðÌýgroup fitness program offers around 50 sessions per week, all led by certified staff. The schedule features a wide variety of different formats, including yoga, pilates, strength training, zumba and more. Â
