Engineering undergraduates can participate in summer internships. Most of our interns are offered full-time employment after graduation. Completing an internship often positions you to receive a full-time offer for a more prestigious and satisfying position than the typical entry-level job.

Co-ops

Consider enhancing your engineering career prospects by completing a co-op assignment. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø’s co-ops are flexible and entirely optional. A co-op helps you gain invaluable insights and contacts as you work alongside professional engineers. You also graduate with the experience employers look for in job applicants. .

Undergraduate Research Internships

The College of Engineering encourages its students to get involved in research. Use our open labs and simulation software and work with our faculty.

°ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø also provides Educational Enhancement Stipends, which fund approved faculty-mentored research, creative projects or unpaid internships during the summer or approved study abroad during the academic year for new freshman students.
