Audition Requirements

Students interested in the Musical Theater BFA must audition. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø’s Theater Department adheres to the Official College Musical Theater Common Prescreen (MTCP) criteria. Pre-screen materials must be submitted via Acceptd. Please complete the prescreen requirements as outlined in Acceptd. °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø asks applicants to follow .

After prescreening, selected students will be invited to audition for °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø faculty in Philadelphia or at one of the national audition conferences.

Prescreen Deadline

The deadline to submit prescreen materials via Acceptd is Dec. 13, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. The deadline to apply to °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø is Feb. 1, 2025. 

If selected to audition, applicants will be contacted by °ÄÃÅÁùºÏ²Ê¹ÙÍø Musical Theater to arrange an audition appointment during Unifieds in:

  • New York City: Jan. 25-26, 2025,

  • Chicago: Feb. 3-6, 2025, or

  • Main Campus, Philadelphia: Feb. 8th, 22nd, or March 2nd, 2025.
